James “Dusty” Pergola, died Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at the age of 78. James Pergola passed away on Wednesday, July 24, 2024. He fought a short but valiant battle against cancer. He was 78 years old. Mr. Pergola was a proud United States Army Veteran who served with the 1st Cavalry during the Vietnam War. Beloved husband of Maria for over 52 years, dear father to Suzanne Camus and Sharon Schwinn, father-in-law of Robert Camus and Adam Schwinn, cherished “Popu” of Nicole, Adam, Erica, Grace, Michael and Emily. James was predeceased by his parents, Michael and Rose Pergola and his brother, Michael.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and cherished friend. He will be missed by many. In Lieu of Flowers, memorial donations may be made to:
