Frances A. Houlahan passed away on Saturday, September 2, 2023 at the age of 84. Beloved wife of the late Jeremiah Houlahan, loving mother of Joseph (Lorraine) Houlahan, Thomas (Karen) Houlahan, and the late Michael (Sharon) Houlahan, cherished grandmother of Michael, Kerri, Jenna and James, dear sister of Rosalie Ganger and Anthony Bonventre, and dearest companion of Tom. In Lieu of Flowers, memorial donations may be made to: FDNY Burn Center – or – Tunnel-to-Towers Foundation. Mass of Christian Burial offered at St. Mary’s Church on Friday, September 8, 2023 at 9:30 AM. Interment followed at Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, NY under the direction of Papavero Funeral Home, 72-27 Grand Avenue, Maspeth NY 11378.
