It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved father Paul Dennis LeRoy Sr. On November 5th 2024. Paul was 82 years old. Paul was born on February 18th, 1942, in the Bronx NY, he was raised in Mount Vernon NY and lived in Queens NY for the remainder of his life. Paul was a very kind and loving man. A devoted husband and father. He was a very hard worker and a proud Army Veteran. Paul enjoyed the simple things in life. He loved Doo-wop music and enjoyed singing many 50’s and 60’s songs. Elvis Presley was his favorite. In Paul’s younger years he had his own Doo-wop group. He loved riding motorcycles, he was quite the biker. Paul was a gentle giant who loved to make people laugh. He would gladly heip anyone in need and was always willing to lend a helping hand. A true gentleman with a heart of gold, who will be deeply missed. Paul is survived by his daughter Christylee LeRoy, his son Paul Dennis LeRoy Jr, and his granddaughter Shaina Madeline LeRoy who he lovingly nicknamed puddin and who he proudly raised from birth. Paul was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, siblings, mother in law and his beloved wife Madeline LeRoy. Paul was laid to rest with his true love, his wife Madeline at Calvary Cemetery. Reunited in heaven after 23 years. Peace at last in heaven’s embrace. Love lives on beyond the stars. Funeral under the direction of the Hess-Miller Funeral Home.
