Representatives of the NYC Parks Department will be making a presentation regarding the current Phase I of the Park Capital Project at the former Brooklyn Union Gas Tank site, which is located along Grand Avenue between 74th and 80th streets, in Elmhurst. The Parks Department representatives are also scheduled to present plans for the upcoming Phase II project at this new park.
