The Board of Standards and Appeals held a hearing on Tuesday, November 11, about the siting of a controversial cell tower in Maspeth on top of Frank's Deli, 58-02 72nd Place. Queens Ledger Television (QLTV) was on hand and shot some footage of the proceedings.
