Julia E. Rapp passed away on October 3, 2008 at the age of 66. She was the devoted mother of Julie, Donna and Sean. Service was offered at Hess-Miller Funeral Home. Cremation was in Fresh Pond Crematory under the direction of Hess-Miller Funeral Home 64-19 Metropolitan Ave. Middle Village, NY 11379
