We must receive official 6th, 7th, and 8th grade transcript and teacher recommendations before December 6 to make a decision by the deadline. Teacher Recommendations are optional, but strongly suggested. The recommendation forms may only be sent to a recommender after an applicant has completed the online application.

What makes Xavier a Top High School? • Almost 60 percent of students participate in at least one athletic team, with 40 percent participating in two or more seasons;

• Student and faculty-led spiritual retreats for all four years;

• Over 20 percent of students participate in a Companion of St. Francis Xavier Service or Immersion Trip in a given year;

• Seniors do 72 hours minimum of Christian Service, working in schools and social service agencies throughout metropolitan New York City each Monday of their 2nd Semester; and

• Four College Counselors in addition to six Guidance Counselors
