I'm greatly troubled by the belief of some who think we must move on; that there is too much talk of 9/11 after 13 years. I beg to differ.
We lost thousands of good people, including 343 firefighters who gave their lives to save others. A husband lost his wife, a mother lost her daughter, and friends lost friends. How does one forget?
We need to remember all that we have lost on that day of terrorism. Future generations need to know what happened on that day of infamy. When we disregard history, we are doomed to repeat it.
As long has there is terrorism in the world, we need to remember what happened on 9/11. This September 11, may God bless America and let us still mourn all the good people that were taken from our midst.
