The Chetrit Group and Clipper Equity launched a leasing campaign for a newly converted seven-story, 119-unit rental building in Prospect Park South, once home to the Caledonian Hospital Center, located at 123 Parkside Ave.
The one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments offer a variety of spaces with hardwood floors, white lacquer kitchens, modern bathrooms and washer/dryer units with price tags ranging from $1,999 for a studio, $2,299 for a one-bedroom and $3,800 for a two-bedroom space.
“Our vision for 123 on the Park was to create a distinct boutique residential building with prominent character that respects the architectural integrity of this distinguished neighborhood,” said J.J. Bristicer, principal of Clipper Equity.
Bristicer and developers of the newly opened luxury residential space point to the building’s new fitness center, gaming and residential lounges along with a fully furnished roof deck as key features for possible tenants.
Just one block from the Q train, and in close proximity to numerous restaurants, shopping districts and the park, he added the location had one other key selling point.
“With the Lakeside rink and music hall having opened this past December in Prospect Park, as well as the fantastic tennis center right next door to the property, Prospect Park South continues to transform into a must-live neighborhood,” Bristicer said.
