Henry W. Kern of Ridgewood, NY passed away on March 5, 2013 at the age of 85. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran of World War II. He was the beloved husband of the late Lucille. Devoted father of John, Bob, and the late Donald. And Father-in-Law of Pat and Tricia. Grandfather of Jamie, Danny, Jessica, and the late Lori. Proud Great-Grandfather of Rory. Service was offered at Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal R. C. Church. Interment was in L. I National Cemetery under the direction of Hess-Miller Funeral Home 64-19 Metropolitan Ave. Middle Village, NY 11379
