The International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) said Stepanova "is now eligible to compete in International Competitions as an independent neutral athlete". The Eurostat statistics agency said unemployment in the 19-nation eurozone fell to 10.1 percent in May from 10.2 percent in April.
