OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Authorities have spent more than 24 hours seeking a man they say posted live videos to social media while running from police during a violent crime spree that included shooting two police officers, armed car thefts and killing his aunt and uncle, apparently attempting to sever their heads.
Shares in Tata Sons companies fell in early trade on Tuesday after India's biggest conglomerate shocked the Indian business world and abruptly sacked its chairman Cyrus Mistry. In a statement Tata Sons, the holding company of the massive $100 billion Tata Group, said Monday its board had voted to replace Mistry, four years after he became its first chief from outside the immediate Tata family. It added that 78-year-old Ratan Tata, one of India's most famous industrialists, would return to the helm of the company until a successor is found, which would likely to take four months.
Rookie Trevor Siemian ruined Brock Osweiler's return to Denver as the Broncos outgunned the Houston Texans 27-9, after the visitors were rocked by a horrific injury to right tackle Derek Newton. Siemian, who stepped up as Denver's starting quarterback after Osweiler left the Super Bowl champions in the close season, on Monday completed 14 of 25 passes for 157 yards at Mile High Stadium. As well as connecting with Demaryius Thomas for a four-yard touchdown, Osweiler piloted the Broncos on four other scoring drives as Denver improved to 5-2 after consecutive losses.
