Clinton's use of private email, held on a private server at her Chappaqua, New York, home, for government purposes has come up in various investigations, and the controversy over it has hung over her campaign for months. The report by the department's inspector general cited "longstanding, systemic weaknesses" with State Department records that predated Clinton's tenure, but criticized her for using private email for government business and for failing to turn over records promptly, media reports said.

Terry Bollea, aka Hulk Hogan, sits in court during his trial against Gawker Media, in St Petersburg, FloridaBillionaire investor Peter Thiel is helping wrestler Hulk Hogan bankroll his lawsuit against Gawker Media, according to a report in Forbes. Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, in March won a $140 million jury verdict against Gawker in a privacy lawsuit stemming from a sex tape Gawker had published. Gawker, a New York-based website specializing in media and celebrity news, is appealing the verdict.
