Dear Editor,

I must give credit to Donald Trump. During a recent campaign speech, he honored the first responders of "7/11," but he neglected to mention the WWII veterans who lost their lives on the beaches of Normandy during the "B-Day" invasion.

He did however honor ex-Jets coach Rex Ryan for his (non-existent) "championships." But let's give him a break, it's hard to keep your "P's and U's" in order.

Republicans should just remember to not "count their legs before they crack," and if they really think Trump is the best man for the job, they needn't worry because the "cream always rises to the crop."

Sincerely,

Robert LaRosa
