Although we are unknown trillions in national debt, our government pours our tax money into the United Nations. Why?
The U.N.'s membership is mostly corrupt gangster nations that hate us and only want our money. The U.N. seeks global governance, in order to override every nation's laws as a world authority. Do we need this?
The U.S. Senate is on the verge of signing the "Rights of the Child Treaty," which would give the U.N. authority over our children, superseding the rights of the parents, and the "Law of the Sea Treaty," which would give the U.N. not only control of the oceans, but of all the fish, oil, minerals, and navigation rights of the sea!
The U.N. is antithetical to the American concept of self-government. The U.N. seeks to establish top-down, bureaucratic control over every country and every person. We can kiss our Constitution and our liberties goodbye if we do not terminate our association with this cancer on the East River!
U.S. Representative Ron Paul has introduced the American Sovereignty Restoration Act of 2009 (H.R. 1146) in the House of Representatives. This bill would end American membership in the United Nations.
We must urge our congressmen to support and co-sponsor this bill in the House and our senators to introduce a similar bill in the U.S. Senate.
