Against New Rochelle, the sophomore middle hitter led the Lady Bears with 13 kills and seven digs in the straight-set victory over the then-unbeaten Blue Angels. The Fontbonne Hall product followed up that performance with a 12-kill, seven-dig, five-ace effort against Medgar Evers.

Another sophomore Breezy Point native, Fahy was honored by the Association of Division III Independents (AD3I) and HVIAC after recording her second hat trick of the season and leading the women’s soccer team (2-8, 2-3 HVIAC) to an 8-0 win over the Maccabees in their lone game of the week.
The midfielder from Bishop Kearney High School also added an assist and now ranks in the top five in the conference with her team-leading seven goals and 20 points.
Kostikas, a sophomore harrier from Brooklyn, helped the men’s cross country team secure an 8th place team finish at the College of Staten Island Invitational, covering the 5-kilometer course in a career-best time of 22:15. The Midwood High School graduate was the third Bear to cross the finish line and took 58th for the best finish of his career.
