Maspeth Kiwanis hosts Recognition Day

The Maspeth Kiwanis Club held its annual Recognition Day on Thursday, February 16.

The club inducted new member, Dennis Dowd Jr. and presented a Tablet of Honor to Joseph DiTroia. The club also honored Michael Falco for perfect attendance for one year, Dennis Dowd for perfect attendance for two years and Richard Reicher and Tina DiTroia for three years of perfect attendance.

Josepth DiTroia received an honor for his 4-year perfect attendance and Michael Terry was honored for 13 years of perfect attendance. David Gigler was honored for 19 years, Joan Sammon for 22 years and Jim O'Kane for 23 years.

A certificate of Appreciation went out to Leonard Masone, Michael Terry, Maryanna Zero, Michele Masone, Marie Breslin, Ken Rudzewick, Fred Strobel, Louis Bekios and Lisa Terry.

The event was held at the Maspeth Ale House.
