For everyone who is disappointed in the results of the presidential election, it doesn't matter who is elected because the power to make laws resides in the House of Representatives and the Senate.
The president has limited powers according to the United States Constitution. Congress has allowed him to usurp his powers. We must keep in contact with our elected officials. We have elected them to office and they are supposed to represent us.
We must trim down the size of the federal government, otherwise future generations will inherit our massive federal debt.
Sincerely,
Janet McCarthy
