St. Patty’s Beer Mug-Making - Sat, March 11 - 11 am - 4 pm - Get into the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day by creating your own hand-made beer mug! Students will begin to learn about the fluid nature of glass by working directly with the 2100 degree molten glass to form and shape it into a hand crafted beer mug. St. Patrick’s Beer and Art Run - Sat, March 18 - 11 am - 12:30 pm - Come celebrate St. Patrick's Day weekend with a beautiful Art Run followed by beer at Rockaway Brewing Company in Long Island City. On this 10K fun run, you will see hundreds of murals by street artists from around the world, then enjoy a complimentary beer at Rockaway Brewing Company. All levels of runners welcome. The group will run at a 10-minute mile pace with stops for photos.
