For almost 16 months now, there is a Character which many residents, and store owners on Metropolitan Avenue are fed up with and having unpleasant experiences with this individual.

A Public Nusiance!

5'10' MALE, easy to spot, always wearing Black shirt, Black pants, Black Hat,Black socks, and Black shoes. He drives a blue chevy which is parked daily in front of the Barbershop at 74-25 Metropolitan Avenue, Middle Village,NY

He reserves the spot with orange cones daily.

He cause friction with people walking by, in the barbershop, nail salon, candy store, and anyone else that gets in his way.

Known as Bobby Black.

Before someone gets ticked off, or if the wrong person comes along and has an altercation, which could easily turn into a real mess, maybe he should be asked to stop hanging around 24/7 if front of the barbershop. Something needs to be done.

Supposedly he sleeps in the car?

Anything mentioned here can be confirmed by nail salon, barber shop, new chicken restaurant, cell phone store, candy store, and dunkin donuts.

Otherwise another tragic statistic awaiting to happen.

by johnny pump next to rosa pizzeria.

Character about 5'8' wearing knit cap, carries 6 "blade in top right side jacket, waits for out of state driver to buy drugs.

Think it is a florida license plate, more to follow.

Drug buyer about 28-32 years old, hispanic and driver is about late 40's hispanic. Regular routine lately.

Will get license plate number soon!
