File Photo shows former West German Chancellor Schmidt with former British Prime Minister Thatcher in LuxembourgFormer British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher is the most influential woman of the past 200 years, according to a survey of Britons published on Tuesday which showed men place a higher value on political influence than women do. Some schools in Adamawa and Borno states are doubling the number of classes to provide education for people uprooted by the conflict as well as for local children, according to the U.N. Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA).
