Peep and Ducky, By David Martin
Lucky, lucky, lucky… Peep and Ducky! An afternoon at the park playing games and having fun is sooo much better when your best buddy is there. A wonderful book about friendship using rhyme. Activity: Be a “lucky duck” and paint a flat, round, bisque with your fingerprints and a brush. Add your child’s ceramic initial on top and… voila! (These will be made into a magnet for show!) Now that’s something to quack about.

Boot and Shoe, By Marla Frazee
Two adorably floppy dogs confront change when a crazy squirrel arrives to mix up their daily lives! Activity: Yip, yap, yummy! Let’s decorate a sugar cookie with dog-face sugar shapes, little candies, and frosting. Now that sounds bark-a-licious!

The Golden Egg, By Margaret Wise Brown
Once there was a little bunny. He was all alone. One day he found an egg. What is it? An Easter classic comes to life as a little bunny and a baby duck discover they each have a new friend! Activity: This is the golden opportunity for you to join us as we decorate an “egg-ceptionally” beautiful paper Easter egg of your own. You will get to use colorful papers, gems, markers, decorative tapes and more!
