Description:
It's finally here. The Spin program is now available at the Greenpoint Y. A great cardio workout of simulated road bike riding to energizing music, appropriate for all fitness levels. You can adjust your workout to match your personal comfort level. A low impact exercise that is easy on the joints, and spinning tones muscle including legs, core and heart. Tickets will be handed out at the membership desk one hour BEFORE the start of each class. 20 tickets per class.
