The “Art” of the Surprise
We consider the business of process serving to be an ART. We realize that being served with a summons or subpoena to appear in court can be an unpleasant experience that many people try to avoid. Therefore, we are passionate about thinking WAY outside of the box. We deploy fake uniforms, wigs, accents, disguises and embellished stories as needed, and may even get several people involved with more sophisticated cases. We have a knack for thinking creatively and on our feet, many times thinking of ideas that astound people. We consider it a privilege to be in the business of SURPRISING people!

We have an uncanny ability to find out information and locate people. Our trademark curious nature leaves no question unasked and no detail unnoticed. We have the PATIENCE and the DILIGENCE to confirm a person’s residence by speaking to doormen, neighbors, superintendents and the like, or, in other cases, to do a stakeout and wait for the person being served to appear. We will make multiple attempts as needed to properly ensure that court documents go into the hands of the correct people. Clients can rest assured that there will never be any “sewer service.”
