All administrative and care givers are required take an annual emergency preparedness courses to ensure that they are fully prepared to assist Rockaway Manor Home Care patients in the event of emergencies and disasters.
All caregivers use our automated call in and check out system when arriving and leaving patients homes to keep our office staff up to date in real time with what is going on inside each and every home.
