The rental development is 12 stories and contains 56 units, ranging from one- to three-bedroom apartments and duplex layouts. The building is located between Franklin and Classon avenues near the A subway line.
CEO of Bonjour Capital Charles Dayan emphasized the high quality of the rentals.
“We paid close attention to every detail in the construction of 333 Greene as we wanted to ensure we were delivering a residential building that offered the finest services, amenities and finishes,” Dayan said.
Those amenities include an outdoor lounge, fitness center and laundry room, as well as storage and parking for an additional monthly fee.
The apartments were designed by Funda Durukan of Durukan Design. They feature white oak floors, contemporary bathrooms and kitchens and private balcony, terrace or dedicated roof deck space.
Marketing and leasing for the building will be handled by aptsandlofts.com, which recently opened a Bedford-Stuyvesant office on Malcolm X Blvd. David Maundrell, founder and president of aptsandlofts.com, described 333 Greene as “one of the premier developments to come to Brooklyn in 2014.”
Pricing begins at $2,175 for a one-bedroom, $2,800 for a two-bedroom and $3,975 for a three-bedroom apartment.
